Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your country of residence is outside Canada, please note that return shipping may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
Sale items
Gift cards

EXCHANGES
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend:
Returning the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION – 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, items must be:
In the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging)
Accompanied by proof of purchase
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
