How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date. Just log into your account and manage your subscription preferences.
Do you offer one-time purchase boxes?
Yes! If you're not ready to commit, we also offer limited edition one-time boxes.
Can I gift a Noyce Box?
Of course! Noyce Box makes the perfect gift. You can choose a one-time box or a short-term subscription for someone special.

Are your products safe for sensitive scalps?
We select products made with gentle, natural ingredients. If you have specific sensitivities, please check the ingredient list or reach out to us for personalized advice.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Most of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. We highlight this information in each product description.
Can I customize my box based on my hair type?
We're working on personalization features! For now, our boxes are curated for common textured hair needs (types 3A to 4C) with flexibility in mind.
Can I choose the products in my box?
Not at this time. Our goal is to surprise you with a high-value selection curated by experts, but we love feedback and adapt future boxes based on your input!

Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
At Noyce Box, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we're confident they will exceed your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, to give you the peace of mind you deserve when making a purchase from us.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days for U.S. orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping to Canada only for now.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
We ship out all subscription boxes every two months, on the 1st day of the month (e.g., January 1st, March 1st, etc.). Once your box is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. All boxes are packed with care and shipped using eco-friendly materials.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. You can also log in to your account to view the status anytime.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, please reach out to us within 24 hours after placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to modify the delivery address.
